Jennifer is a Chartered Surveyor who qualified in October 2019, following the successful completion of her Assessment of Professional Competency. She joined the Energy and Natural Resources team at Avison Young in July 2023, bringing over seven years of experience from the firm’s Retail team.

Jennifer has a strong track record of advising both landlords and occupiers on acquisition and disposal strategies across the North of England. Her project work spans a diverse range of sectors, including office, industrial, retail, and energy infrastructure.

Key project experience includes:

• Ongoing property and estate management of the NDA Group Estate.
• Valuations of office, retail, and industrial assets for both asset valuation and secured lending.
• Lease consultancy services including rent reviews and lease renewals across multiple sectors.
• Delivery of assurance inspections and reporting.
• Strategic advice on property disposals, acquisitions, branch closures, and space optimisation for a high street bank.
• Advising on EV charger site acquisitions across the North.
• Leasing and strategic consultancy for a 100,000 sq ft town centre retail scheme.
• Sole agency role on a 130,000 sq ft city centre shopping centre, supporting its repositioning and diversification.
