Leigh is a Principal and head of our Ratings team for the South West and South Wales. Previously he was a Valuation Officer from 1988 – 1999, before joining Avison Young in 1999.

His experience includes a wide spectrum of properties, including extensive knowledge in the valuation of more unusual classes of property valued by reference to the contractor’s method or the receipts approach. 

He actively advises a range of private and public sector clients, including the Welsh Government and Welsh Parliament.

Leigh is a member of the Welsh Ratepayers Forum and he is also a member of the Rating Surveyors Association and the Institute of Revenues Rating & Valuation.
