Lucy is a Surveyor in Avison Young’s Telecoms team, based in Manchester. Since joining the firm as a graduate, she has developed hands-on experience supporting clients across the UK’s digital infrastructure landscape, including mobile network operators, landlords, and infrastructure providers.

She works on a range of telecoms property matters, from site access and lease negotiations to estate management and strategic portfolio advice.
