Nick is a Principal  in our Birmingham office. He has extensive experience in rating appeals across all property classes throughout the UK, with a strong focus on public sector assets and large, complex properties valued using the contractor’s test method—particularly within the Defence and Health sectors.

For over 20 years, Nick has served as the lead contact for our appointment as sole rating consultant to the Ministry of Defence. In this role, he has successfully led ‘right first time’ negotiations with the Valuation Office Agency’s Crown Valuation Team for both the 2005 and 2010 Rating Lists, and has managed the transition to the Check, Challenge and Appeal system for the 2017 revaluation.
