Avison Young, has been instructed by CBRE GI to market the leasehold interest in 50,000 sq ft (4,645 sq m) of Grade A office space at Worldwide House in Bracknell.

Worldwide House offers high-quality office accommodation over ground and first floors. The flexible arrangement can provide space from 9,700 sq ft (901 sq m) to 50,440 sq ft (4,686 sq m) in the centre of Bracknell, the heart of the Thames Valley.
