Avison Young has acted as strategic planning adviser to Hardrock Developments on the redevelopment of the Warminster Road MOD site in Bath since 2016. Full planning permission for the 244no. dwelling scheme, accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment, was granted in 2015. Since then, Avison Young has coordinated discharge of all planning conditions to allow phased construction of the development, advised on CIL and section 106 matters and led all liaison with the Council as well as managing a series of Section 73, non-material amendment and new full planning applications including re-negotiation of viability.
