Avison Young leases two buildings to Jaguar Land Rover

Avison Young acting on behalf of Prologis, the global leader in industrial and logistics real estate have announced an agreement to lease two buildings of 141,225 sq ft and 327,730 sq ft to Jaguar Land Rover at Prologis Park Ryton, West Midlands.

The 327,730 sq ft building will become part of Jaguar Land Rover’s expanding manufacturing operation, while the 141,225 sq ft facility will be the new headquarters for Jaguar Land Rover Classic.  The buildings are close to the Jaguar Land Rover Special Operations Vehicle (SVO) Technical Centre, which the company established at Prologis Park Ryton in 2014.

Both new facilities have been designed to achieve a minimum BREEAM ‘very good’ accreditation and the best EPC rating possible for their size.   Prologis Park Ryton is located at the heart of the motorway network, within easy reach of the M6, M69 and M40/M5.

Avison Young are jointly marketing the remaining plot DC8 which is capable of taking buildings from 200,000 sq ft up to 515,000 sq ft to complete this 125 acre site. Other occupiers include UK Mail, Network Rail, Freemans and LG.
