GVA is The Job Crowd’s Top Graduate Choice for the Property Industry
10 August 2018The Job Crowd, the UK’s leading graduate and apprenticeship review guide, has included GVA in its Top 100 Employers Guide for the first time. Not only did GVA place 23rd overall in the rankings, but it was also the highest ranked real estate company in the list.
The rankings for this guide are entirely dependent on anonymous feedback from a company’s current and previous graduates and apprentices, meaning success is dependent on what trainees think of a company. Each company is scored across eight criteria from training and support to colleagues and career opportunities. GVA’s feedback frequently cited the high levels of support and training offered to graduates, both to pass their APC as well as pastorally, GVA’s inclusive and diverse working environment, as well as the breadth of GVA’s service lines providing exposure to a range of sectors, clients and skill-sets.
