GVA Newcastle move to Central Square South
20 September 2018GVA, the UK’s largest and most diverse multidisciplinary professional consultancy outside of the capital has moved its 30 strong Newcastle office to a fully re-furbished 3rd floor office suite in Central Square South.
Central Square South set new Grade A office standards when constructed in 2000 and has seen considerable further investment by Standard Life Investments since they acquired the building in 2014.
Tony Wordsworth, GVA, who negotiated the new office lease terms said: ”The extensive refurbishment works to the offices, common parts and the impressive atrium have served to underpin Central Square South’s position as the best high quality Grade A space in Newcastle city centre.”
