Avison Young appointed to manage 120-acre office campus in Portsmouth
05 September 2019Avison Young has been appointed to provide a comprehensive property management service at Lakeside North Harbour.
Following Portsmouth City Council’s recent acquisition of Lakeside North Harbour office campus, in Portsmouth, Avison Young has been appointed to provide a comprehensive property management service on the campus, including accounting, facilities management and destination marketing services.
The 120-acre site, located to the north of Portsmouth City Centre, comprises c. 595,000 sq ft of offices, c. 3,000 parking spaces, a day nursery and 8.7 acres of development land. The campus has an occupancy rate in excess of 90% and more than 70 occupiers, including IBM, Regus, LexisNexis and Babcock International.
