Alex Leonard is an Associate, Workplace Consultant and Strategist in Avison Young’s UK Workplace Consultancy team based in our Bristol office. Alex has over 40 years’ experience delivering standout strategic workplace solutions for clients across the UK. 

His extensive skill set spans site surveys, brief development, and production of detailed drawing packs - including GA plans, layouts, RCPs, finishes, and M&E co-ordination. Known for both technical excellence and a client-first approach, Alex has successfully delivered complex projects for an extensive client licst including Plymouth City Council, Manchester Metropolitan University, and Arcadis Cardiff. 

Alex's ability to align design with data-driven insight consistently exceeds client expectations, earning him a civic architecture award and a reputation as a trusted, creative problem-solver across both public and private sectors, for his workplace design at Spirax Sarco in Cheltenham.
