Candice provides management services for properties in the Raleigh area, focusing on providing excellent service to owners and tenants. Candice’s responsibilities include tenant retention, financial stewardship for the properties, development and implementation of budgets, contract and risk management and maintenance.

With over 17 years of experience, Candice has built a distinguished career managing a diverse range of property types—from Class A high-rise office towers to industrial and flex training centers. Her career began at Shorenstein Realty Services in their longstanding San Francisco office at 235 Montgomery Street. She went on to hold roles at CAC Realty Services at 1000 Broadway in Oakland, Hudson Pacific at the Rincon Center in San Francisco’s Financial District, CBRE in Oakland managing 1999 Harrison and 1111 Broadway, and later with Transwestern, where her portfolio spanned from Fairfield to Fresno.
