Over the course of his career, David has completed more than 10 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions. His approach blends deep local expertise with a sophisticated understanding of macroeconomic trends and submarket dynamics. He regularly incorporates data analytics, economic research, and Avison Young’s industry-leading technology platform to guide clients through complex decisions with clarity and confidence.

Prior to joining Avison Young, David served in senior leadership roles at Cushman & Wakefield and Newmark Knight Frank, consistently ranking as one of the top-performing brokers in the region. His work is supported by structured systems such as EOS and Strategic Coach, and he often partners across Avison Young’s national Capital Markets platform to assemble customized teams around each client’s needs.

David is active in the Las Vegas community and has served as a founding board member for Habitat for Humanity and as a mentor to at-risk youth through programs in the Clark County School District.
