Strategic, dynamic, and quality-driven…Gail Crowder provides creative real estate solutions for the complex challenges and opportunities facing companies in today’s fast-moving global economy. A senior real estate expert with three decades of commercial real estate experience, Gail has a long history of professional accomplishments in the Atlanta area, throughout the U.S. and in the international arena. She joined Avison Young in 2012 as a Principal specializing in Office Tenant Representation, after spending 18 years with Grubb & Ellis as a Senior Vice President and member of the National Tenant Advisory Group.

Gail’s ongoing special focus encompasses office-tenant representation and multi-market advisory for corporate and international clients. She also performs significant work with foreign governments, assisting them with the location and selection of Consulate offices and other regional offices. In her career, Gail has been responsible for lease and sale transaction volume in excess of $777 million.

Her experience includes project feasibility, strategic planning, tenant and project representation for lease and sales transactions, financial analysis, site acquisition and investment sales transactions. She has a proven record of providing innovative solutions to real estate challenges and will be integrally involved in all aspects of the project execution.

A selection of corporate client experience includes MassMutual, Wells Fargo, Univision, Verint, Capital on Tap, Bestar, FOX Sports South, MetLife, United Technologies Corp., The Hartford, and Northern Trust Bank. Gail also has represented foreign governments and international institutions including Global Affairs Canada, France, Germany, Switzerland, Province of Quebec, Rhone-Alpes Region of France, the French Olympic Committee and the German-American Chamber of Commerce.

Gail joined the Voices of Note Board of Directors in 2022 and has served on the Executive Committee since 2023. Previous leadership positions in other organizations include the Alliance Theatre Advisory Board Leadership Council, 2017 CoreNet Global Atlanta Chapter President, and 2013 SIOR Georgia Chapter President.

Gail graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism/Business Administration. She is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), holds the CoreNet Global MCR designation, and is a licensed real estate broker in six U.S. states. Gail received the ACBR Silver Phoenix Award in 2024.
