Giovanna Abraham is a Market Intelligence Analyst at Avison Young. Since joining the firm in December 2023, she has supported research efforts across the Phoenix and Las Vegas markets and recently transitioned into a national retail insights role. In this position, she helps transform data into practical, strategic insights that inform retail decision making nationwide for landlords and tenants.

Originally from Chicago and raised in Phoenix, Giovanna earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Arizona State University and her Master’s Degree in Global Management from Thunderbird. She brings together a creative foundation in marketing and a thoughtful, analytical approach, blending data visualization and storytelling to support meaningful outcomes in the retail space.
