Joel is a specialist development surveyor focused on providing strategic development, land assembly and disposal advice to a wide range of public sector and institutional clients.

Key specialisms include market analysis, options appraisals, financial viability, value engineering and the negotiation of complex development agreements between multiple stakeholders.

In addition, Joel is a RICS Registered Valuer, experienced in the delivery of multimillion pound valuations for secured lending purposes and to ratify public sector disposals.
