Kristina is an innovative and performance-driven real estate professional with 15+years of broad experience. She has a proven track record of the retention and satisfaction of Fortune 500 tenants and managing building operations to produce the maximum return on investment, while accomplishing owner initiatives and curating world-class communities. Kristina is also a designated CPM® and licensed real estate broker.

Kristina currently is responsible for the management and operations PASARROYO, a 6-acre, 650,000 square foot, four-building Class A office complex. She oversees the management of 70 tenants, which includes two food operators, a retail bank branch and a tri-level fitness center, a five-person management team, four department heads and 60 building staff members. The project includes approximately 60k square feet of a newly renovated plaza and a four-level subterranean garage/six floor parking structure with 2,002 parking spaces.

In her free time, Kristina enjoys family time with her husband, two daughters and chocolate labrador, Max. She's also an aspiring yogi, a culinary enthusiast and has recently found a love for gardening.
