Lem Doss is currently an Associate with Avison Young in their Charlotte office and focuses on Tenant Representation and Investment Sales in North and South Carolina. Previously, Lem spent seven years in the sports marketing/consultant space, assistant multiple fortune 500 clients with sponsorship negotiations and brand activations at large scale events such as the Allstate Sugar Bowl, College Football Playoff, and BMW Championship. 

Lem was born in Richmond, Virginia and graduated with an Economics degree at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX and matriculated from Woodberry Forest School in Virginia. In his spare time, Lem enjoys cooking, racquet sports, traveling, and fishing.
