With a strong background in strategic marketing, branding, and design, Maria makes a meaningful impact on the continued growth and success of our Denver office as Marketing Manager. She plays a key role in elevating the visibility and performance of our sales professionals, delivering creative marketing solutions that sharpen our competitive edge. Her collaborative style, keen design eye, and knack for brand storytelling helps our teams better showcase their expertise, strengthen client relationships, and win more business.

Based in our Downtown Denver office, Maria works closely with sales professionals across service lines and alongside our West Region marketing team, led by Karina Rico. Her strategic insight and fresh perspective enhance our local marketing efforts while supporting broader regional initiatives.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Maria served as a Senior Brand Manager at YES Communities, where she led initiatives to shape and strengthen the company’s brand identity in alignment with key marketing and business goals. Her career also includes roles in marketing, project management, and business development at ASAP Event Advertising.

Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Marketing from Northern Kentucky University. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, she has called Denver home since 2021 and fully embraces the outdoor lifestyle that comes with it!
