Noah Frankel joined Avison Young in 2021 as an Associate in the Toronto West office. Noah specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Prior to joining Avison Young, Noah worked in a variety of sectors within the Canadian real estate industry including leasing and development, tenant representation, and consultations.
Noah’s previous work experience has provided him the ability to advise on all phases of the transaction cycle from introduction to closing. He prides himself in being a trustworthy and honest representative his clients can consistently rely on. Noah is also enthusiastic about baseball, family and getting involved in his community.
