Rachel is a Planner with over five years’ experience within both local government and private practice.

She has experience of leading and providing support on a wide range of projects, for a range of private and public sector clients, across a number of sectors including residential, mixed-use and commercial development.

Rachel is competent in undertaking a range of tasks including preparing planning appraisals, Local Plan representations, as well as preparing and negotiating planning applications. She also has experience in community engagement, devising and implementing consultation strategies to involve local communities and stakeholders.
