Sandy joined Avison Young in March 2025 as Director, Valuation and Advisory Services Canada. With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry she currently focuses on the valuation of institutional quality multifamily, industrial, boutique office and development land assets throughout the National Capital Region.

In her current role, Sandy is part of the National Investment Team for Avison Young. Prior to Avison Young, Sandy was Associate Vice President in Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation and Advisory practice with significant experience valuing institutional grade real estate assets as well as leading consulting and market rent studies

Sandy is a diligent appraiser who has exceptional communication skills and solid problem-solving ability. Her work is delivered on time with a high degree of client satisfaction.
