Sean Kehoe brings 10+ years of facility management experience plus 15+ years of property management experience at large Class A properties to his current role providing leadership to the Chicago REMS team as Associate Director.  Sean’s focus is on strategic planning, building an environment for operational excellence, communication and administration of corporate initiatives, and team and personal professional development.  He brings detailed knowledge of daily property operations, leasing and marketing, and capital project management along with tenant improvement construction.  

Sean is active within BOMA serving as the chair of the BOMA-Chicago Education Committee, vice-chair of the BOMA360 Council, and member of the BOMA-Chicago Foundation Board. Sean holds BOMI RPA-HP and FMA designations along with an Illinois Brokers License.
