Shep Hardison is a member of Avison Young’s Capital Markets Group, based in Washington, DC. He specializes in industrial and cold storage investment sales, advising institutional and private clients on the acquisition, disposition, and capital structuring of logistics, temperature-controlled, and food-related assets across the United States.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Shep was part of the founding team behind FlexCold, a vertically integrated cold storage platform, where he focused on capital formation, development execution, asset management, investor relations, and strategy. He began his career at Greystar, where he supported national real estate investment strategies across conventional multifamily, senior housing, and student housing portfolios.

Shep holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and currently resides in Bethesda, MD.
