Smruti is an Associate in the London Planning Team with experience of managing proposals from early feasibility and due diligence through the pre-application, planning and delivery stages. Smruti works with a range of high profile private and public sector clients across residential, office, industrial and mixed-use developments in London and the South East.

Smruti’s previous experience involved working for a Greater London Local Authority, in the development management team. She worked on a variety of development proposals and has first hand experience of the technical considerations and processes of Local Planning Authorities, allowing for a keen eye to detail and a fresh perspective.
