With over 20+ years of experience working in the commercial real estate industry, Stacy Langston is responsible for efficiently and effectively organizing, developing, and administering the comprehensive operational services for the Florida REMS teams. Prior to Avison Young, Stacy served as Vice President, Administration Asset Services at Madison Marquette where she was responsible for all aspects of Florida and Atlanta operations, and corporate lease administration and real estate compliance.

Stacy held a similar role with PMRG where she was also responsible for lease review, lease analysis, overseeing broker/tenant RFP responses, managing client monthly reporting processes, budgets, generating commission agreements, invoicing and the coordination of marketing material for new business pursuits.

Before PMRG, she held various specialist’s positions with CB Richard Ellis (formerly Insignia/ESG) where she was instrumental in assisting with the growth of the Atlanta’s leasing team’s portfolio, as well as cultivating a reputation as some of the most responsive leasing agents in Atlanta. 

Stacy previously worked at CSFB Realty, where she helped to establish the firm’s Southeast regional office. Prior to that, she was with Prentiss Properties supporting the leasing and marketing functions for several Class A office properties in Atlanta.
