Toby joined the Business Rates team in 2015 . His experience spans both public and private sectors, including specialist valuations for hospital trusts across the North West. He has also advised developers and landlords on strategies to mitigate business rates liabilities for vacant and occupied properties, as well as redevelopment and pipeline projects for Manchester City Council.

Since becoming a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in May 2019, Toby has advised clients across most property classes under the Check, Challenge, Appeal system.
