Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Will spent over seven years in client-facing roles within premier golf clubs, where he honed his skills in customer service, team leadership, and operations. His experience working with diverse clientele—from public course patrons to private club members—taught him the value of authenticity and trust in building lasting relationships. Diligent, analytical, and a consummate professional, he follows through on every project delivering results above and beyond what is required.

Will’s background includes a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from North Greenville University, where he graduated with honors. His MBA coursework has deepened his interest in finance and organizational behavior, ultimately guiding him toward a career in commercial real estate—a field where his interpersonal strengths and analytical mindset intersect.

Rooted in a multi-generational Upstate family, Will thrives on community connection and local knowledge. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family, and hanging out with his dog, JJ.
