Alex joined Avison Young in June 2005 and has dealt with all aspects of rating work in respect of the 2005, 2010 and 2017 Rating Lists. Alex is involved in all aspects of the rating process; from traditional appeal work comprising valuation, negotiations with the Valuation Office and the preparation of cases for Valuation Tribunal, through to more specialist savings initiatives.
