Alex joined Avison Young’s National Rating team in London in August 1996. Since then, she has been involved in all aspects of business rates advisory work across the 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010, and 2017 Rating Lists. Alex has represented clients in formal proceedings, including appearances before the Valuation Tribunal and the Lands Chamber of the Upper Tribunal, demonstrating her technical expertise and commitment to achieving positive outcomes for clients.
