Andreas is an Associate based in our Birmingham office and is involved in all aspects of the rating process from formal Rateable Value appeal work, negotiating with the Valuation Office Agency and multiple dealings with Billing Authorities. 

Andreas’ experience covers a wide range of property types, but with particular emphasis on the Office, Logistics and Retail sectors. Some of the clients he acts for include: HM Courts & Tribunal Service, Gowling WLG, Ernst & Young LLP, DLA Piper, DHL, Tesco, Lush Retail Ltd and Primark.
