Eleanor is a member of the Business Rates team within the London office. Since joining Avison Young, Eleanor has been involved in all aspects of the rating process for both the 2010 and 2017 rating lists. She has experience of discussing and settling rating appeals for numerous different use classes including: Industrial, Offices, Retail, Hotels and Leisure properties, predominately for private and institutional clients. This includes work on the Check, Challenge and Appeal process as well as traditional appeal work comprising valuation and negotiations with the Valuation Office Agency. She advises a number of clients including The Arch Co and The Crown Estate.
