Graham is a Director based in our Birmingham office, with 20 years’ experience; he is involved in all aspects of the rating process; from traditional appeal work comprising valuation, negotiations with the Valuation Office and the preparation of cases for Valuation Tribunal, through to portfolio management and more specialist savings initiatives.

Graham’s experience covers a wide range of property types, but with particular emphasis on the manufacturing, logistics and offices sectors. He has been responsible for co-ordinating negotiations with the VOA and agreeing the basis of assessment on consecutive Revaluations for Distribution Centres andl arge factories in the Midlands.  His clients include DHL, Wincanton, Pirelli Tyres Ltd and BET 365 Group Ltd.
