Howard is a Principal in the London Business Rates team and heads a team responsible for a geographical area including the northern and southern home counties, Thames Valley, East Anglia and the London Boroughs (excluding Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea and the City).  He is also responsible for managing a number of clients including National Offender Management Service, Abbott Laboratories, Manston Airport and Notcutts Garden Centres.

Howard specialises in the field of rating and has gained extensive experience in the different forms of rating valuation through negotiating and settling appeals on a variety of property types including corporate offices, data centres, workshops, car showrooms, shops and retail warehouses. His involvement in the valuation of local authority properties, educational premises and chemical plants means he has detailed knowledge of the contractor’s basis of valuation.
