Kate is an Associate Director within Avison Young’s Environmental planning team and has more than 20 years’ experience as an environmental consultant, with considerable experience of managing and coordinating multi discipline Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs).  
 
She has a broad range of experience and has successfully project managed and technically coordinated, numerous multidisciplinary environmental projects, for both outline and detailed applications. Kate has expert knowledge of key environmental issues and successfully integrates the Environmental Reporting process into the wider project, enabling project teams to identify and mitigate against adverse environmental effects at an early stage of a project.
 
Kate joined Avison Young in 2022 and works on a variety of projects throughout the UK. She is currently involved in a range of projects, including large scale residential and commercial developments, industrial, major mixed-use developments and other high-density developments.   
 
Prior to her current role, Kate provided environmental assessment services to both public and private sector clients on a wide range of project types, including in the residential, commercial, defence, rail, energy, and water sectors. She also previously delivered Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) for redevelopment projects throughout the UK.
