Louise joined Avison Young in 2014 and is an Associate Director within Real Estate, Facilities and Infrastructure Management department based in Liverpool. With over 10 years’ experience Louise has worked across many commercial real estate sectors.

She is experienced in advising a diverse range of regional and national clients comprising local authorities, pension funds, corporate and investor clients. Current key clients include Clearbell Capital LLP and Liverpool City Council.

Louise has extensive experience in the preparation and management of service charge budgets on behalf of landlords. She has also advised occupier clients on their service charge liability to ensure the charges invoiced are in line with the relevant legal documentation and RICS Professional Statements.
