Michael is a Principal in the Birmingham office and has 30 years’ experience. He has played a key role in the growth of the Midlands rating team. He is involved in all aspects of the rating process, including portfolio management, rateable value appeal work and more specialist savings initiatives, audit work and empty rates mitigation. 

Michael’s experience covers a wide range of property types, but with particular emphasis on the manufacturing, logistics, office and automotive retail sectors.  His clients include ABB, Agco, Jardine Motors Group, KPMG, Rybrook Group, Sytner Group, Triumph Motorcycles & Volvo Group UK. Michael has been involved in many of Birmingham’s high profile mixed-use developments, including Brindleyplace, Longbridge, The Mailbox and Paradise, providing strategic advice to Argent, Hines, Brockton Capital and St Modwen.
