Nathan joined the Rating Team in 2024, following completion of his BSc (Hons) Real Estate degree with First Class Honours at Northumbria University. He is a valuable member of the Leeds Business Rates team, providing support to the rest of the team in all aspects of Business Rates mitigation and the Check, Challenge and Appeal process.

Acting on behalf of a range of public and private sector clients in Yorkshire and the North-East, Nathan has provided strategic advice and recommendations to clients to help reduce business rates liabilities across their portfolio. Nathan is proficient in all types of rating valuation methods including specialist valuations which he has conducted for numerous Hospital Trusts, Police Forces and Fire Services.
