Paul is a Director in the National Offices Team at Avison Young, based in Bristol. He specialises in office and commercial agency work across Bristol and the South West, with over 30 years of experience. Since joining in 2018, he has led the Bristol Office Agency function. Paul advises on marketing, sales, lettings, lease restructuring, refurbishments, and acquisitions for landlords and occupiers, including charities and not-for-profits. His clients include St Modwen, Bank of Ireland, and BIMM. He also serves on the Board of the Redcliffe & Temple BID and is an external examiner at the University of the West of England.
