Thomas is a Principal who is involved in all aspects of commercial rating work, negotiation with Valuation Office and preparation of evidence for Valuation Tribunal hearings.  He is based in our Birmingham Office, with over 30 years’ experience and has been instrumental in the growth of the Midlands rating team over the last 15 years.

He has gained extensive experience in the different forms of rating valuation through negotiating and settling appeals on a variety of property types for all clients including both public and corporate office occupiers, retail premises, warehousing and workshops, and other more unique types of property such as airports, data centres, bullion stores and communication hereditaments.
