Tom is part of the Scottish Business Rates team sitting in our Glasgow office. He is a rating expert in both the public and private sectors with over 30 years' rating experience, acting for clients in the commercial sector, along with those in central and local Government. He advises on various specialist classes of property including Court Houses, Steelworks, Shipyards, NHS Hospitals, Whisky Subjects, Licensed Properties and Football Stadiums. Tom successfully secured substantial reductions across various property sectors at Revaluation 2017, including the Police Scotland Estate, NHS properties, and Scottish Court Service buildings.

Tom has represented numerous Ratepayers in appeals, covering the previous 6 general Rates Revaluations in Scotland and is a valued member of the team.
