The site benefits from Resolution to Grant Outline Planning Permission under (23/P/1439/OUT) which was approved in December 2024 by the North Somerset Planning Committee. This decision grants permission for the development of up to 75 new dwellings of which 30% will be Affordable Housing. This permission provides approval for access with all other matters reserved including appearance, layout, scale and landscaping.
The intention is that the Section 106 Agreement will be signed before completion of sale. A copy of the draft Section 106 Agreement is available in the data room.
The site is not covered by any national or local landscape designations such as Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) or National Park nor are there any identified heritage assets or listed structures on site.
