There are access rights in situ for the owner of Radio Relay Station. This comprises a 300cm strip from the Western Boundary to the site access. Should an alternative be proposed, this could be diverted.

This decision grants permission for the development of up to 75 new dwellings of which 30% will be Affordable Housing. This permission provides approval for access with all other matters reserved including appearance, layout, scale and landscaping.
The intention is that the Section 106 Agreement will be signed before completion of sale. A copy of the draft Section 106 Agreement is available in the data room.
