Avison Young reappointed to Homes England frameworkJune 22, 2022
Strategic real estate advisor among leading firms to provide property and financial professional services.
Homes England, the government’s housing delivery body, has named Avison Young among a total of 19 suppliers to Lot 1 on its Property and Financial Professional Services Framework.
The four-year framework, at an estimated total contract value of £100m, will include supporting acquisition and disposal activity, estate management services, investment and financial services, property and asset valuation services, lead and project management services and general professional advice and support.
The framework places particular importance on the creation of social value through the government's built environment activities – a focus strongly aligned with Avison Young’s purpose of creating real economic, social and environmental value. Avison Young has recently reinforced its social commitments through various initiatives, including contributing to the UK Green Building Council’s Guide to Delivering Social Value.
Virginia Blackman, Principal at Avison Young, said:
“This is a great opportunity to continue providing the depth and breadth of our industry insight and service line expertise to support Homes England. Our reappointment evidences the standard of work we have been bringing to the table as a supplier on the framework and further strengthens our position as a partner of choice across the public sector.
The built environment plays a crucial enabling role, creating places and spaces for people to thrive, with safe and secure homes being a vital part. This belief is firmly embedded in the way we approach projects and initiatives, and it is fantastic to be aligned with the leading housing delivery body in England to achieve this.”
