Lois is a Chartered Surveyor based in the Land & Development, Place Transactional team in the London Office of Avison Young. Lois’ role involves the disposal and acquisition of land on behalf of clients as well as the provision of development consultancy advice to both private and public sector clients. Lois’ primary experience includes development viability, Red Book valuations, Financial Viability Assessment, and agency services.
