About Katya

Katya holds Chartered Town Planner status with RTPI, and has experience in a wide range of planning-related projects including residential, mixed-use, commercial, leisure, and retail proposals for both private and public sectors. I have been involved in all aspects of the planning process, including both Development Control and Planning Policy.

Katya is very experienced in undertaking commercially focused planning appraisals, land promotion and making representation to local plans, and preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals. She is highly skilled in formulating planning strategies, coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams at pre / post-application submission stages, and negotiating suitable permissions, planning conditions, and legal agreements with local planning authorities.

Katya has vast experience in the preparation of Evidence-based Studies for local planning authorities, Masterplans, and Commercial Development Prospectuses.

She is well-versed in managing and coordinating market research and community engagement consultations.
