About Samuel

Samuel joined Avison Young’s London Planning Team in 2024, and is working towards full chartership with the RTPI. Since joining the planning team, Samuel has worked on a variety of minor and major residential, retail, industrial mixed-use developments across London and the South East of England. Samuel advises and supports clients at all development stages, from initial site appraisal through to on-site delivery. This includes applications for full and hybrid permission, listed building consent, minor and non-material amendments, and discharge of conditions and S106 obligations.
