Based in Avison Young’s Manchester office, he specialises in the sale, letting, and acquisition of industrial property, as well as providing development advice and guiding sites through the planning process where change of use is required.

Simon acts for a broad range of clients including owner-occupiers, investors, and developers. Recent highlights include the letting of a 140,000 sq ft warehouse for Renold Plc and multiple acquisitions for Oak Tyres UK Ltd totalling over 300,000 sq ft.
