Will is a Director in the Business Rates team based in London and has dealt with all aspects of rating work in respect of the 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2017 Rating List. 
He leads the West End rating team managing a substantial portfolio of rating work in the boroughs of Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea, Lambeth, Camden and Hammersmith and Fulham. Will specialises in the Flex/Serviced office sector managing the payment and mitigation of rates, clients include The Argyll Group, TOG and Beaumont Business Centres. Will advises both landlord and developer clients through all stages of the development cycle, including The Crown Estate, Old Park Lane Management, Hines, South Kensington Estates and Sir Richard Sutton Estates.
