Chris Pilgrim is Head of Capital Markets UK at Avison Young and a senior leader within the firm’s global capital markets platform. With around 20 years’ experience in London and across Asia Pacific, he specialises in connecting international capital with opportunities across major real estate markets and asset classes.

Chris has a strong track record advising on large‑scale transactions, cross‑border investment strategies and capital deployment across the risk–return spectrum. His career includes senior roles in London, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, with extensive experience working with sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, institutions, private equity and family offices.

He brings extensive experience in deal origination, equity placement and strategic client relationships, having led high‑performing teams across EMEA and APAC and supported more than $10bn of real estate investment globally.
