Rachel has been based in Manchester throughout her professional career and joined Avison Young (formerly HOW Planning and GVA) in June 2016. Rachel practices nationally across the full spectrum of planning and development issues.

Rachel has a range of experience advising and managing projects including; residential, employment, mixed-use, commercial and industrial and provides advice from the initial planning strategy through to determination and discharge of conditions. She also has experience of promoting sites through the Development Plan process on behalf of landowners and developers.
